PURPOSE

BNI2HDR converts BNI header information into BioSig Header information

SYNOPSIS

function [HDR]=bni2hdr(arg1,arg3,arg4,arg5,arg6)

DESCRIPTION

 BNI2HDR converts BNI header information into BioSig Header information
    HDR = BNI2HDR(HDR)

   HDR.H1 contains ascii header
